Esaybet is an internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Esaybet website (esaybet.app) and its associated mobile application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between Esaybet and its users. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw funds from your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified
• Any pending bets must be settled first
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500

Withdrawal timeframe: Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours. However, delays may occasionally occur on the part of the bank or payment provider.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Esaybet. Any user found engaging in them will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited:

• Account sharing: Sharing your account with others or using it jointly
• Botting / Automated Software: Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Syndicate Betting: Organizing multiple people to place bets on the same outcome

• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately attempting to profit by circumventing bonus terms
• Misconduct: Harassing or aggressive behavior toward staff or other users
